victorian Farmhouse Addition

This wonderful project involved renovating the existing attic and adding an upper floor living space to a 120 year old victorian farmhouse. The home overlooks Santa Cruz's scenic West Cliff drive so a main focus was to incorporate as many windows as possible to maximize the natural light in the space and provide views of the beautiful coastline. The new room features a kitchenette, reading nook, and a full bathroom making it the perfect recreation space or guest bedroom!
