Modern Tuscan Home in Santa Cruz, CA

​This project involved two parts. The first was to build a detached second dwelling unit with attached garage. The second part of the project was to remodel and add space to the existing kitchen, add a small office area off the kitchen, add a new workout room off the master bedroom area, and remodel the existing dining room and family room areas.
